How do I become a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)?
Follow these steps:
- Be a member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®
- Complete the PSA certification course (online or in the classroom)
- Once NAR sends you acknowledgment of your course credit, submit your one-time application fee of $179 to complete your certification.
Note: You may not promote yourself as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) until you are notified via email that you have been awarded the certification.
Will I have to pay a fee every year to maintain my PSA certification?
No.
After the initial application fee is paid, there are no annual certification dues, although you must maintain membership in NAR to use PSA.

Does the PSA certification course count toward the ABR® designation?
Yes!
The PSA certification course, Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA, is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation.
Does the PSA certification course count toward the SRS designation?
Yes!
The PSA certification course, Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA, is an approved elective for the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
How long is the certification course?
- The classroom course is one day.
- The online course will take approximately 6 hours.
I'm an international student. Can I still take this course?
International students can purchase this course at the member price by becoming an International REALTOR® Member. Click here for more details.
Is CE credit available for the online course?
Continuing Education (CE) credit is not available for the online course.
For in-person courses, check with your local provider to verify availability of CE credit.
