Certifications

What is a Certification?

A certification is a specialized credential. REALTORS® who earn credentials may list them after their name, for example, AHWD, RSPS, HFR, etc.

Certifications can be earned once you complete the necessary education requirements. Certifications do not have annual dues. Once you apply for a certification and pay the one-time application fee, it’s yours to use in perpetuity if you are in good standing with NAR.
