The REALTOR® Cohort Collective follows a well-rounded curriculum and meets weekly to build foundational skills, discuss key concepts, and collaborate on real business challenges.

Week 1 — Kickoff & Onboarding (60 min)

Learn to clearly explain the unique value you provide to clients.

Week 3 — Trust and Communication (90 min)
Develop communication skills that allow you to build trust with clients and address their concerns.

Week 4 — Industry Spotlight and Peer Collaboration (120 min)
Get insights from an industry leader and work closely with peers.

Week 5 — Strategic Thinking for Growth (90 min)
