Program Structure
The REALTOR® Cohort Collective follows a well-rounded curriculum and meets weekly to build foundational skills, discuss key concepts, and collaborate on real business challenges.
Week 1 — Kickoff & Delivering Your Value Proposition (120 min)
Meet your fellow learners and develop a way to communicate the unique value you provide to clients.
Week 2 — Trust and Communication (90 min)
Develop skills that allow you to establish and maintain trust with clients.

Week 3 — Industry Spotlight and Peer Collaboration (120 min)
